Zaitun was born from a deep love for Somali food, where gathering around a shared plate is inseparable from life itself. Named after the olive, a symbol of peace and abundance in Somali culture, we cook every dish with patience, care and the same xawaash spice blend passed down through generations.
From spiced Somali-style chicken to fragrant rich basmati rice, our kitchen honours the traditions of Somalia's coastal cities and nomadic heartlands. Everything is prepared fresh each morning. No shortcuts. Nothing pre-made.
